Job summary

EDU-AIDs in Toledo, OH is seeking a Special Education Intervention Specialist to join our school team. The role focuses on individualized instruction, implementation of IEPs, and ongoing progress monitoring to help students make meaningful progress.

You will collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, families, and school leadership to deliver consistent academic and behavioral support and to monitor student growth throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Previous experience with students with disabilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IEP requirements and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs.
• Provide direct instruction and specialized interventions based on student needs.
• Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals.

About the Role
