Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• If Title I, meet ESSA rules and have six semester hours in early childhood education or two years of work experience in an early childhood setting.
• Maintain CPI certification if required and CPI training provided by district.
• Able to protect confidentiality under FERPA and handle student information securely.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to teachers coordinating instructional programs for students with IEPs.
• Assists with implementing behavioral intervention plans.
• Supports planning, organizing, and provisioning instructional materials.
• Maintains confidentiality and documents required records.
• Assists with transitions between classes and health-related student needs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
