Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking an Instructional Assistant as a long-term substitute at the David C. Abbott Early Learning Center in Marlboro Township, NJ.

This 6 hours and 30 minutes daily position runs through late December 2026 with extension potential. The role requires a high school diploma or coursework in education, a strong interest in supporting students, and familiarity with students with disabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in education or related field preferred.
• Interest in and aptitude for work with students and classrooms.
• Experience with students with disabilities preferred.
• Ability to assist students during physical activities and with personal needs.
• Knowledge of Students with Disabilities; ABA experience preferred.

Substitutes are offered benefits if they are in a long term position for over 3 months. There is a 60 day waiting period from the start date of the assignment.
