Job summary

Marlboro Township Public Schools is seeking a Support Staff/Instructional Assistant to assist students with disabilities and support instructional activities. The role runs about 6 hours and 30 minutes daily across multiple locations, starting 09/01/2026, with a posted hourly rate of $24.76.

Seeking candidates with a High School Diploma or college coursework in education, aptitude for the work, and ABA experience is a plus; EOE.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in education preferred.
• Interest and aptitude for the work to be performed.
• Experience with students with disabilities preferred.
• Ability to assist students during physical activities and with personal needs.
