• Must be able to use a variety of reading and math strategies to meet the needs of exceptional students.
• Must have strong organizational skills to schedule teaching, assessments, IEP meetings, and professional collaboration to meet all requirements.
• Must be a strong communicator with parents and able to hold structured IEP meetings.
• Must be a critical thinker, team player, collaborator, and able to use students' academic performance data to make accurate decisions to meet students' needs.
• Knowledge of Special Education.
• Flexible and team player.
• Must maintain regular attendance.
• Must be able to interact with students.

Responsibilities
