Description

Mayville School District has Special Education Educational Assistant (EA) positions available for the 2025-26 school year. These positions offer some flexibility with daily hours (7:30 am - 3:30 pm) working with early learning, elementary, and secondary-aged learners.

Candidates must be licensed as a Special Education Program Aide or be willing to obtain licensure upon hire with district support.

As a special education EA, you will provide instructional (academic, behavioral) and clerical support for the special education teacher. You will work with students individually or in small groups under the teacher's direction. Highly qualified candidates will have a strong interest in working with children with academic and behavioral challenges, experience working in alternative school settings, and supporting students with Special Education needs.

The EA will work in various settings throughout our schools and interact with many staff members daily.
