Qualifications

• Experience working with students who have special needs preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students and staff.
• Ability to follow Individual Education Plans and implement behavior plans necessary.
• Knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques in the area of literacy and mathematics preferred.
• Ability to use strategies (Safety Care) to maintain safe student behaviors.
• Ability to work as part of a team required.

Responsibilities
