Responsibilities

• Modify curriculum for students eligible for special education using MA DESE standards.
• Develop and oversee IEPs in collaboration with staff.
• Supervise and support paraprofessionals implementing instruction.
• Plan lessons and adapt materials for individual student needs.
• Maintain behavior standards and track pupil progress with data.
• Communicate with families about student progress and school programs.
