The ideal candidate will hold a Michigan educator license with an administrative endorsement, plus experience overseeing and supporting special education programming, ensuring compliance and collaborative teamwork with families and staff.

• Experience overseeing and supporting special education programming in a school or district.
• Knowledge of compliance processes, documentation, and timelines for special education.
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff, families, and service providers.

Responsabilités

• Oversee development and delivery of special education services aligned to student plans.
• Coordinate compliant meeting processes and documentation for student support plans.
• Support and guide staff implementing strategies and interventions for diverse learning needs.
• Maintain program records and reporting to support adherence to special education requirements.
• Partner with families and school teams to support student progress and inclusive practices.
