Job summary

Mundo Verde Bilingual Public Charter School is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee special education timelines across our network, ensuring accurate IEPs, consent forms, PWNs, and documentation in Special Programs. The role collaborates with campus APs of Student Success and Case Managers to maintain timeliness and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with IEP/504 timelines and documentation.
• Knowledge of IDEA, OSSE policies, and related compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain finalization and accurate entry of consent forms, eligibility documentation, and IEPs in Special Programs.
• Keep a up-to-date database of students with active IEPs and 504s, service hours, due dates, and case managers.
• Ensure all papers (PWNs, LOIs, evaluations) are generated, shared with families, and documented timely.
• Coordinate MDT scheduling, AED meetings, annual IEPs, and other required meetings under IDEA.
• Provide reports on service logs and accommodations for test administration.
• Support ESY data submission, attendance, and transportation requests as needed.
• Collaborate with campus APs of Student Success to ensure timely evaluations and documentation.
• Assist in training staff on Special Programs policies and OSSE requirements.
