Job summary

Lionsgate Academy in Shoreview, MN seeks a dedicated Case Manager to support students with autism and learning differences. You’ll connect families with resources, coordinate supports, and advocate for student success in a collaborative school setting.

Responsibilities emphasize student-focused caseloads (up to 17), paperwork accuracy with due process days, and working within a team that values inclusive education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Minnesota Special Education license required
• Willingness to obtain Tier 1 or 2 license if not currently licensed
• Experience with Google Workspace applications and autism spectrum students

Responsibilities

• Connects students, families, and school teams to provide Advocay and problem-solving.
• Not a classroom teacher; focuses on caseloads and supports student learning.
• Manages caseloads up to 17 students in middle or high school.
• Maintains thorough documentation and completes required paperwork with due process days

What Case Managers Do At Our School

• Case Managers are the connectors, advocates, and problem-solvers at the heart of our work.
• They do not teach, which allows for student and family focus!
• Case Managers focus on their case loads (up to 17), either Middle or High School students, in a collaborative environment.
• Are given due process days to complete paperwork!

We Offer

$37,500 - $70,000 depending on education and experience

Qualifications: What you'll bring

• Possession of a valid Minnesota Teaching License in Special Education
• If not currently licensed, must be willing and eligible to apply for and receive a Tier 1 or 2 Teaching License
• Experience with Google workspace applications or similar software necessary to complete required job tasks
• Experience working with students on the autism spectrum
