Job summary

Lakes Country Service Cooperative (LCSC) is expanding Lakes Country Academy (LCA) in Moorhead, MN and seeks Special Education Teachers to join a trauma-informed, collaborative team. LCA serves students referred by resident districts in a level IV setting with dedicated planning time and smaller caseloads.

Ideal candidates hold Minnesota SPED licenses (Tier 3/4, EBD preferred) or eligibility for Tier 1/2, with experience supporting K-12 students with behavioral needs and a passion for

We are seeking Special Education Teachers to join our growing team and be part of this exciting expansion.

Be part of a collaborative, trauma-informed team that prioritizes both student and staff success. LCA is a level IV setting that provides specialized services to students who are referred by their resident school district.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Minnesota Special Education Teachers (Tier 3 or 4) in Emotional Behavior Disorders (EBD) preferred.

• Ideal applicants will have experience working with K-12 students with behavioral challenges and a passion for collaborative, student-centered instruction.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $55,998.00 to $86,871.00 based on license and experience.
