Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Assist passengers, including children and those with disabilities, during boarding and disembarking.
• Maintain accurate records of passenger counts, mileage, and any incidents that occur during the route.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding route changes or passenger needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations while driving.

This role requires strong communication skills, some mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with diverse populations, including children and individuals with special needs.
