Falmouth Schools is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct services and consultation for students with IEPs, mainly in grades 2-5 with social/emotional/behavioral needs. The BCBA will coach staff and collaborate with the special education case manager and program social worker to implement behavioral plans and data collection.
Requirements include BCBA certification and special education certification.
Position: The BCBA will provide both direct services and consultation to students with individualized education programs (IEPs), primarily in grades 2-5, with social/emotional/behavioral needs. The BCBA will provide direct support and intervention to students as well as coaching to staff (educational technicians, teachers) to support implementation of positive behavior support plans and behavioral instruction as well as data collection. The BCBA will also provide direct services and behavioral support to students as needed in both general education and special education settings. This position will be embedded within one program and work collaboratively with the special education case manager and program social worker.

This position will be evaluated and supervised by the Director of Special Education.
Approved CRC (Criminal Records Check) and background check (will be run by the school department).
Initial salary placement is determined by verifiable years of experience and completed educational credits, in accordance with the current collective bargaining agreement. The salary ranges from step 1, BA at $55,200 to step 25+ MA +30 at $110,400.
