Responsibilities

• Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning.
• Assist the teacher in developing strategies tailored to student needs.
• Support PBIS implementation for all students.
• Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration in a team environment.
• Assist with supervision during drills, assemblies, field trips, and activities.
• Read to students and participate in oral reading activities.
• Assist with lunch, cleanup, and classroom routines.
• Maintain confidentiality of information about students.
