Benton Community School District Atkins Elementary Center is seeking a Special Education Associate / Paraprofessional to support students with special needs at Atkins Elementary Center in Atkins, Iowa. Title: ASSOCIATE /Paraprofessional
Reports to: SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHING STAFF, BUILDING PRINCIPAL, SUPERINTENDENT
Job Goal: Assist students who have special needs, assist with implementing the IEP strategies, implementing behavior programs, collecting data, consulting with special education teacher, following directions from special needs teacher and building principal. Position many involve assisting student with hygiene, toileting, mobility, safety, behavior, supporting classroom learning.
