Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college experience or bachelor’s degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead small group instruction and implement SESI’s academic rotational model.
• Partner with the teacher to provide customized behavioral and academic support and conduct assessments.
• Reinforce learning by assigning tasks, using data to select materials, and providing one‑on‑one tutorials.
• Assist the teacher with large group activities, grading, and supervising student activities.
• Utilize behavior support and de‑escalation strategies to maintain safety.
• Support daily plans and track student growth toward goals.
