Midland Independent School District is seeking a Special Education ARD Facilitator to participate in ARD Committee meetings and collaborate with families and staff to develop Individualized Education Programs for students. The role involves assisting in instructional planning, selecting accommodations, and assessing annual progress, while upholding district policies.
The facilitator will also support staff through orientation, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance with FERPA and HIPAA
