Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 48 college hours preferred.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with student goals by working with small groups or individuals.
• Enforce classroom management and behavioral plans to maintain a learning-friendly environment.
• Supervise students during breakfast, recess, lunch, dismissal, and events.
• Prepare paperwork for ARD/IEP and data entry for reports and documents.
• Assist with planning and implementing differentiated instruction for students and groups.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
