Copper Country Intermediate School District seeks an Instructional Aide in L’Anse, Michigan. The position is full-time during the school year with summers off. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour or more based on experience.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or two years post-secondary education in a related field is a bonus.
• Experience working with individuals with special needs is helpful.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
• Flexibility to work with a team to assist students inside or outside of the classroom; may include bus aide support.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Desire to continually increase knowledge and make positive change in students' lives.

Responsibilities
