Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing IEPs for students with disabilities.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students in special education.
• Support students with academic tasks, including reading, writing, and math.
• Monitor students’ progress and behavior in the classroom.
• Assist with classroom management and maintain a positive, safe environment.
• Help modify instructional materials to meet the needs of students.
• Collaborate with teachers and specialists to ensure the success of students.
• Assist students with mobility, personal care, or other needs as specified in their IEPs.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior.
• Any other duties as assigned.
