Aiken County Public Schools GREENDALE ELEMENTARY in New Ellenton, SC is seeking a Special Education Teacher’s Aide to support students with diverse learning needs. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Special Education Teacher in implementing IEPs.
• Support students in group and one-on-one settings with academic tasks and social skills.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Provide hands-on assistance during lessons, projects and adaptive physical education.
• Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
• Foster a caring, empathetic atmosphere where students feel safe and understood.
