Job summary

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with students, parents, and staff to develop IEPs through the ARD process.
• Implement instructional, therapeutic, or skill development programs and maintain required documentation.
• Assess student learning styles and plan appropriate instructional strategies and materials.
• Deliver instruction aligned with each student’s IEP and use varied instructional techniques.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusion and modify curriculum as needed.
