Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. seeks substitute aides for David Brearley High School, David Brearley Middle School and Harding Elementary School in New Jersey. These are part-time per diem roles supporting Special Ed classrooms, cafeteria, and playground areas.

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent, background check, and status proof. Willingness to assist SPED students and collaborate with staff; bilingual Spanish a plus. Background check and eligibility documented.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or lawful status required.
• Willingness to actively assist special education students in learning activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with building staff.
• Experience with behavioral/learning needs preferred.
• Computer skills for instructional support a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking ability desired.
