Job summary

Education Jobs NJ is seeking a part-time Special Education Classroom Aide to support students at Harding Elementary School in New Jersey. The position runs Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a start date around November 10, 2026.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, will pass a background check, and is willing to assist with learning activities, personal care, and behavioral support. Spanish language skills and familiarity with ABA are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and U.S. citizenship or legal residency proof.
• Willingness to assist special education students in learning activities, personal care, and toileting.
• Ability to collaborate with building staff.
• Experience with students with behavioral/learning needs; ABA knowledge preferred.
• RBT certification a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking desired.
• Must meet NJ residency per the First Act.
