Job summary

CAPS Collaborative is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic paraprofessionals to support students with multiple disabilities at McCaul School in Leominster, MA. This role guides learning and assists specialized staff in implementing individualized education plans.

Experience with special education populations is preferred and ABA/behavioral background is a plus. The position is full-time, starting immediately, with an hourly salary of $20 to $37.

Qualifications

• Candidates with a background in ABA or behavioral support are a plus.
• Experience working with students with disabilities is preferred.
• High school or trade school degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support students with multiple disabilities under supervision of licensed staff.
