Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with IEP implementation and behavioral plans.
• Prepare materials and organize classroom activities per lesson plan.
• Monitor safety and well-being of students during instruction and transitions.
• Support use of assistive technology and AAC devices in class.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information (FERPA).
• Document and report student progress and incidents as required.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student outcomes.
