Qualifications

• Experience working with children is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist one-on-one, small groups or classroom with students under the supervision of the teacher.
• Assist teacher with completing academic tasks.
• Engage students with instructional activities (reading, writing, math, life skills).
• Support behavior management per PBSP and IEP accommodations.
• Monitor and redirect student behaviors and assist with personal needs as required.
• Participate in CPI training and professional development.
• Communicate with staff, students and the community as needed.
