Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• Formal or in-house credit training.
• 3 years commercial credit or analysis.
• 3 years portfolio management and commercial underwriting experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and commercial loan documents.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
• Excellent writing and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist workout officers with workouts and liquidations.
• Underwrite all credit modifications and extensions on workout deals.
• Prepare term sheets and loan approvals.
• Coordinate with appraisers, attorneys, and title companies.
• Renew credit facilities and review borrowing bases.
• Maintain timeliness and accuracy of credit underwriting and docs.
• Prepare Quarterly MCRC Reports.
• Communicate with borrowers and participate in calls.
• Work with Portfolio Administrator and Workout Officer to support portfolios.
