BOK Financial Corporation in Tulsa, OK seeks a Special Assets Officer I to lead management analysis and review of troubled commercial loans from various lending lines, securing collateral or other assets and pursuing strategies to protect loan principal and recover interest.

The role involves negotiations, possible litigation, property inspection, and administrative support for the Special Assets department.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business-related field with minimum 9 Accounting hours.
Minimum of one year of commercial banking analysis experience.
Strong Excel and Word experience.
Ability to use Salesforce platforms including INC.
Well-developed oral and written communication skills to effectively represent self and BOKF, as well as ability to present complex information and issues clearly.

Mansioni

You will be trained and capable of commercial loan underwriting for every lending area in the bank.
You will actively analyze and create reports and forms to support the Special Assets staff on loans of varying dollar exposure and all areas of the bank.
You will analyze internal department requests and determine the most efficient and expedient way to complete tasks timely and within deadlines.
You will collaborate with other Special Assets officers to create and execute effective strategies to maximize mitigation of risk and loss.
You will create critical, classified asset tracking that supports Special Assets’ advisory function and migration of troubled credit.
You will assist in resource acquisition to aid the Special Assets Officers to gain full comprehension of inherited file weaknesses.
