Job summary

The League Kitchen & Tavern is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and food quality. You will be responsible for coordinating staff, managing schedules, and maintaining standards across the dining room and kitchen.

Successful candidates will have 2+ years in a restaurant management role, experience with Aloha/Toast, strong math and reporting skills, and a collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role in hospitality.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software like Aloha/Toast.
• Strong math and reporting skills.
• Customer service attitude and team leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH & BOH operations to uphold guest service and food quality standards.
• Ensure operations align with opening hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Work to minimize operating costs and boost employee retention while delivering a positive dining experience.
