Job summary

The Nutrition Group is searching for a Kitchen Manager for a large K-12 school cafeteria operation in Spartanburg, SC. This role oversees food production, staff training, and daily records to ensure compliance with school meal programs and company concepts.

You will partner with regional chefs to adapt recipes, schedule staff, and maintain quality while meeting program requirements and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years staff management.
• Food Service Experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency reading recipes and basic math conversions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks.

Responsibilities
