Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Senior Solution Analyst - Spares Planning for its Digital Supply Solutions group. The role acts as a Product Manager for end-to-end planning capabilities, engaging business stakeholders and delivering across Demand/S&OP, Supply, Inventory, and Manufacturing Planning domains.

Responsibilities include designing touch-less digital planning solutions, driving SDLC deliverables, and standardizing a global planning template across 33+ plants while mentoring the team and expanding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related field; MBA or master's preferred but not required.
• 7+ years of progressive experience implementing complex supply chain solutions in fast-growth environments.
• Deep domain expertise in demand forecasting, S&OP, multi-level planning and inventory optimization.
• Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro.
• Hands-on design of scalable digital planning solutions and data integrations.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end planning capabilities across Demand/S&OP, Supply, Inventory, and Manufacturing Planning or Spares Parts Planning.
• Design robust digital planning solutions for scale, availability, and growth.
• Manage deliverables through the SDLC and coordinate cross-team collaboration.
• Build and roll out a global template of domain-specific capabilities across 33+ plants.
• Mentor data engineers, solution architects, and product teams.
