Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: experience operating automated manufacturing equipment (SMT, 3D printing, high-speed wire cutting).
• Experience with automated testing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up production equipment and machinery.
• Monitor machine performance and address issues during assembly.
• Prepare, change, and replace consumables and parts.
• Read bills of materials and match capacitor values.
• Perform assembly operations per procedures and standards.
• Document errors via NCRs and QFs.
• Perform QC inspections per documented procedures.
