Qualifications

• 2+ years in an OEM environment or technical parts distribution.
• Ability to read/interpret technical drawings or assembly blueprints.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce or similar ERP/CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Decipher technical inquiries using ENGEL databases to provide accurate solutions.
• Master CRM and ERP interfaces to manage the end-to-end quote lifecycle.
• Collaborate with global supply chain to offer cost-effective, timely delivery options.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding quotes to boost conversion rates.
