Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Team Lead to direct daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment in Mount Juliet, TN. You will oversee receiving, storage, order prep, and shipping, while driving inventory accuracy, space optimization, and safety compliance.

Ready to step up and lead warehouse operations from the floor? We're looking for a Team Lead who brings hands‑on expertise and a passion for driving efficiency, safety, and team performance in a fast‑paced distribution environment.

What will you do?
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, order preparation, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Manage inventory control and stock rotation to maintain accuracy and optimize space utilization
  • Lead your team to meet operational targets while ensuring compliance with safety, security, and procedural standards
  • Identify process improvements and solve operational challenges to enhance efficiency and service quality
Required skills:
  • Warehouse Management — intermediate level; coordinating daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and order accuracy
  • Customer Orientation — intermediate level; ensuring fulfillment activities meet service expectations and delivery commitments
  • Drives for Results — intermediate level; leading your team to achieve productivity and quality targets consistently
  • Problem Solving — intermediate level; addressing operational issues quickly to minimize disruption

Physical demands:
  • PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is required; safety shoes and safety glasses must be worn on the production floor
  • Work is performed in a Manufacturing Environment, where prolonged period(s) of standing is required for duration of shift
  • Requires the ability to reach overhead, pull, push, bend, squat, and climb a ladder to perform work.
  • Ability to lift 26 pounds occasionally or 22 pounds independently and repetitively.
