Job summary

4 Corner Resources is seeking a Spare Parts Manager in Appleton, WI for a direct-hire, hybrid role. You will partner with Engineering, Project Management, and Sales to build spare parts lists and drawings, manage the capital spares process, and build quotes with lead times.

You will meet with customers regularly to understand their needs and guide purchases, while developing stocking strategies and coordinating with service teams to ensure on-time delivery. Strong mechanical aptitude is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial spare parts, purchasing, or related roles.
• Comfort representing the company professionally to customers.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and bills of materials.

Responsibilities

• Build spare parts lists and drawings for new equipment lines and rebuilds.
• Own the capital spares process from start to finish.
• Create quotes with pricing and lead times per guidelines.
• Meet with customers regularly to understand their needs and guide spare parts purchases.
• Develop stocking strategies for key products and components.
• Coordinate with service teams to ensure parts arrive for service calls.
• Use SAP daily; Salesforce usage growing.
