UE Manufacturing in Oklahoma City is hiring a Parts Distributor to pull parts for unplanned events and distribute them to Planning personnel on the shop floor, with charges tracked in Oracle.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to lift and move parts, and coordination with Receiving, Warehouse, and forklift drivers to keep production moving.

Experience in warehouse operations is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse and inventory operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory, warehousing and stocking procedures preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Pull parts requested by planning and deliver to the requester or unit on the floor, charged to the jobs in Oracle.
• Ensure parts distributed to subassemblies or units are signed for by Planning or Lead.
• Assist receiving/shipping in verifying and accepting parts.
• Assist Receiving Lead in organizing parts as shipments arrive.
• Direct forklift drivers for distribution of parts.
• Work with Warehouse Supervisor on parts issues.
• Ensure correct serial numbers on engine, transmission and pump assemblies are issued to the correct unit/job.
• Initiate and follow through with Requisition forms and communicate inventory issues to Warehouse Supervisor and Buyers.
• Coordinate with Receiving and Warehouse teams to expedite parts to managers of subassemblies or units on the floor.
