Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Experience with CMMS and inventory control systems.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Organize inventory of spare parts and equipment for manufacturing and maintenance.
• Set up new inventory in CMMS and track stock levels.
• Audit inventory and invoices with internal/external teams.
• Process part orders and assist with receipt inspection.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Operate forklift to move materials.
• Generate CMMS reports and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Assist with warranty processing and parts tracking.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams.
