Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Parts Clerk to fill orders for Repair Centers, Service Partners, and Internal Orders, and to maintain an organized parts room. The role requires accuracy in paperwork and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include picking, labeling with RMAs, processing in SAP, and ensuring timely handoff to shipping. A minimum of two years in warehouse distribution and proficiency with Microsoft Office are expected.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google documents.
• Two years' experience in a Warehouse Distribution environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP or inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick parts for Repair Centers, Service Partners, and Internal Orders and ensure proper paperwork.
• Label orders with correct RMA# and process in SAP.
• Ensure MSDS and documentation accompany shipments of hazardous materials.
• Place picked parts in designated bin and hand off to shipping by 4:00 pm daily.
• Assist with put-away, cycle counting, and FIFO restocking procedures.
• Maintain organized parts room and comply with FDA/ISO requirements.
