Job summary

Kairos is a nonprofit accelerating talent into AI safety and policy. We seek someone to support 250+ SPAR mentors and help them become excellent research leads.

You will coach first-time mentors, handle conflicts, and advise on research outputs while working remotely with retreats and travel covered. This role fits a mission-aligned, highly organized person who thrives with many mentees.

Qualifications

• Substantial research experience in AI safety or related fields.
• Strong people skills and mentoring ability.
• Organized and able to manage many mentees.
