• Deliver Rigorous & Engaging Content: Plan, prepare, and teach rigorous Spanish content across 3-5 classes daily.
• Track and Support Student Growth: Monitor performance using varied assessments to guide instruction.
• Promote Positive Culture: Foster a culturally responsive classroom and strong relationships with students and families.
• Pursue Professional Development: Engage in growth opportunities with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
• Contribute to School Community: Support recruitment and student advisory activities as needed.
