Qualifications

• Active 023 World Language Spanish certification issued by the Connecticut State Department of Education.
• Bachelor's Degree in Education or Spanish; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in multicultural/urban educational settings.
• Experience with team teaching and collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow the scope and sequence of the instructional program as defined and approved.
• Set and reinforce clear expectations and routines.
• Manage the classroom and student behavior to maintain a positive learning environment.
