Job summary

Carney, Sandoe & Associates, an education recruitment firm, is seeking Spanish Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year at private and independent schools in New York, NY and nationwide. Responsibilities

• Teach Spanish language skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing through a variety of instructional methods.
• Create opportunities for students to practice conversational Spanish and improve pronunciation and comprehension.
• Teaching students about Spanish culture, which may include festivals, traditional food, and dress, and social conventions.
• Organizing fun events where students can showcase their Spanish language skills.
• Communicate with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
• Participate in regular professional development activities to stay current with best practices and innovation in language education.
