Qualifications

• NMLS registration under the SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z, plus ongoing regulatory compliance requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Less than four years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training
• Bilingual Spanish is required

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking counsel
• Assess customer banking needs, educate on deposit and loan products, and process account information
• Assist customers in using digital banking tools and ensure adherence to branch policies
