Job summary

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, patient‑centered hospice care in homes, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans that address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• A passion for patient-centered hospice care.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing your daily schedule.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance patient visits, documentation, meetings, and urgent needs.
• Comfort learning and utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, individualized hospice care wherever patients call home?—including private residences and facilities.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll provide compassionate, individualized hospice care wherever patients call home—including private residences, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains, CNAs, and volunteers to develop care plans that support the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families. We prioritize quality over quantity by maintaining lower clinician caseloads and higher staff-to-patient ratios. This allows our nurses to spend more meaningful time with patients and families, build lasting relationships, and provide the compassionate, personalized care every patient deserves. Depending on your strengths and interests, we have various nursing opportunities available.

Qualifications
