Job summary

ASAT: ABA a Step At A Time care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or community settings. You will implement plans created by a BCBA and track progress with data collection, while maintaining confidentiality and client safety.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and a ongoing commitment to professional development, with compensation ranging hourly and flexible scheduling for Part-Time opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
• Adhere to the BACB code of ethics for RBTs.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respoect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior technicians.
• Continue with professional development.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $30/hour
• Part-Time #1: Thursday 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM & Tuesday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Part-Time #2: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 2-6 PM + Tuesday 9 - 2 PM + Saturday 9AM - 1 PM

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Energetic and proactive RBT needed.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
