A Gem of Joy ABA is hiring a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to individuals with Autism and related disorders in Maryland. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA and support families and learners through structured, play-based interventions.

Responsibilities include direct 1:1 intervention 17.5 hours per week, with varying hours across Monday through Friday.

Qualificações

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including building rapport with learners and family members.
• Ability to receive feedback from supervisors and adjust accordingly.
• Ability to incorporate learning objectives into play-based or naturalistic activities.

Responsabilidades

• Complete direct intervention (1:1) hours with learners as available.
• Implement treatment plans as written by the BCBA.
• Maintain positive relationships with team members and caregivers.
• Escalate concerns to the supervising BCBA.
• Timely completion of session notes, timesheets, and caregiver signatures.
