Acclimate ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings. You will implement BCBA-created plans, collect data, and document progress with clear notes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to supporting clients with compassion and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during sessions to track progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes documenting outcomes and improvements.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
