Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will collect data on treatment goals during sessions and work under supervision from an experienced BCBA to implement individualized behavior plans.

We offer part-time schedules with afternoons and weekends, competitive pay ($20–$28/hr), and eligibility-based health/dental/vision benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; psychology/education coursework a plus.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans
